Will Ferrell
became famous as an actor on 'Saturday Night Live'. He then starred in a
variety of big-screen comedies, such as Elf,' Anchorman' and ‘Talladega Nights.
Will Ferrell was born in Irvine, California in 1967. He began his career in
comedy as an actor in the Los Angeles-based improv group, the Groundlings. He
was a Saturday Night Live cast member for seven years and became a major
comedic draw through off-color hits like Old School 2003 and Anchorman: The
Legend of Ron Burgundy 2004. Ferrell was also co-founder of the video streaming
site Funny or Die and enjoyed success as a voice actor in animated films such
as Megamind (2010). John William Ferrell was conceived in Irvine, California on
July 16th, 1967. Will Ferrell was the oldest of Lee Ferrell, Righteous Brothers
keyboardist and Kay Ferrell. As a University High School student, Ferrell was
far from a clown in the class. He was calm and stoic however, he decided to be
a football player and set a school record for the most field goals made.
Ferrell showed little of the outrageous, humorous exclamations that would
define him later on in his career although he was in suburban peace and quiet.
